The staff, the location, the room. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staffs are well preppared and gentle. I was able to get a connected room on spot thanks to staffing readiness. For those who is travelling to visit the Amsterdan city center, the hotel is not close to it but is very close (walking distance) fromthe the station (bus + metro +train).

Nice hotel. No problems with my very late check-in. The staff didn't speak perfect English, but were very helpful and friendly making a strong effort to help with questions. Great wifi - worked remotely for 2 days with no issues. My favorite part was the incredible outdoor pool - great size for swimming laps and had the space all to myself

Such a lovely hotel in a great location. All of the staff were so helpful always and very friendly and chatty. They even helped me to print out some paperwork. Having a pool in Belo Horizonte was such a bonus too. Rooms are cleaned everyday too.
